Ben Stoddard

Ben Stoddard is a proven leader in team and culture building, high-performance coaching, and executive leadership, with over 15 years of experience in business and NCAA Division I athletics. He currently serves as Director of Growth at TFO Wealth Partners, a multi-location family office managing over $12 billion in assets, where he oversees firmwide growth strategy, business development, and talent and culture initiatives.

Ben’s passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves began on the field as a collegiate and professional soccer player and evolved into coaching at the highest levels. He helped lead multiple NCAA Division I programs to national prominence, producing All-Americans, professional athletes, and championship teams, and was recognized multiple times throughout his career as one of the top coaches in the country. His coaching philosophy emphasizes purpose-driven leadership, performance development, and creating cultures of excellence – principles he now applies in the corporate world.

In addition to his corporate and coaching work, Ben has designed and implemented firmwide leadership and performance coaching frameworks, talent development programs, and the systems and processes that help individuals and teams perform at the highest level. He combines strategic business acumen with discipline, resilience, and leadership lessons learned from years on the field.

Outside of work, Ben’s life is centered on family. He and his wife, Heidi, have been married for over 10 years and have two children. Ben enjoys anything competitive, fitness-related activities, and spending his summers on the lake with friends and family.
