Meet The Team
Dr. Russell Catania
Dr. Russell Catania is a Life Coach, Consultant, and Communicator with DMB Coaching. Since 2019, through organizational consulting, individual life coaching, and as a recurring guest on DMB Coaching’s podcast Three Words, Russell has worked with clients across the country on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
Russell began his work with DMB Coaching delivering tailored curriculum to college-aged men, with influence that started in local men’s groups in the Northwest Ohio area and has since expanded nationally with one of DMB Coaching’s largest collegiate clients. After obtaining his Medical Doctorate (M.D.) from University of Toledo College of Medicine, Dr. Catania began his training as a resident physician in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University Children’s Health in Palo Alto, California. In this new role in Silicon Valley, Russell hopes to expand his role to include working with our organizational clients in healthcare and engineering (his previous academic discipline) to integrate DMB Coaching’s mission into the lifesaving work performed by the healthcare field at large.
Dr. Catania is supported in his personal life by his wife, Ashlyn, and spends his free time cycling, traveling, exploring new food scenes, and hopefully surfing soon (if he can talk his wife into it).
